What’s the deal with freight?
Digicam offer free, nationwide, insured freight with every domestic camera repair – door to door – home or office. All instructions, terms and conditions are contained in the free freight e-Pack provided after booking your repair. Insurance is limited to one item per box, within the specified size, so please request extra freight packs if required.

I need my camera repaired, how much is it going to cost me?
Repair estimates over the phone or email are never accurate, therefore Digicam do not engage in “guesstimates” .
Cameras are complicated beasts and for this reason, a technician will dismantle your unit and prepare a thorough assessment for your approval via email.
Below are some guidelines on our price structure (inc GST):
Unless your unit is covered by warranty, a minimum fee of $99.00 applies to all items at Digicam.
Deposit(s) may be requested at any stage of the process.

Which brands and models do you repair?
We repair DSLR, compacts, lenses , flashes and video cameras. Brands we repair Canon, Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Panasonic and JVC.
What are your opening hours? We are open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
How long until I will have my equipment back to me?
Our qualified technicians will prepare an email quotation on your repair within a few days of receiving the goods. Depending on the work required, we will endeavor to have your camera repaired within 4-10 working days.
My camera is still covered by warranty. Are you authorised to repair it?
We are authorised to repair Nikon and Sony within warranty. We are also authorised repairers for many extended warranty contracts, email or call for more details.
How long is the Digicam Warranty?
Digicam offer an unprecedented 12 month warranty on chargeable work done to domestically used cameras. Cameras used commercially attract a 3 month warranty on work done.
