Hi Toby …I appreciate the no charge for other replacement parts more than I can express. As you know, you guys have had my main camera the a99ii that was fixed and I recieved early last week, it is on point and works like new I’m so happy with what you have done for me. I can’t express my gratitude for what yourself and everyone at digicam have done on my equipment.
I Can see why digicam are n#1 when it comes to repairs, diagnosing the problem and sending back a quality product that’s been perfectly repaired.
I have written a review quite long but I was being honest and it needed to tell the story of what I had been through already and the level of service from first call to receiving end product at the door from you guys. More then happy with the support and service digicam provides and continues to do so on my much love an used 70/400G!!

I have received my camera back now and am delighted with the repair carried out by Digicam. The camera came back to me in as new condition and your repair time was very good considering the wait you had for parts and the time of year the camera was sent to you. Thanks so much I am really impressed with the job done and wish to thank you so much and I thought that I was asking to much to get my camera fixed and back to me in Brisbane. I left it to late but when I ask could I get the job done this week and the camera back by Friday so I could take it overseas as I leave Brisbane late on Sunday I thought I had no chance but you guys did it. I just want to thankyou for the great service, quick turnaround time and great repair you completed on my Panasonic TZ40 camera. It is working as it was before it became filled with dust. A major camera company in Melbourne wanted to charge $200 just to look at it. Never again will i go to them. I will send any other camera problems i may have, straight to Digicam.

As I had been having a problem with my camera (after a bit of research it appeared to be a firmware update that was needed) and I was here in Adelaide and not at home (UK) so was unable to do the update myself, I got in touch with your shop and spoke with Toby. He asked me to bring the camera into the shop. I was very pleased that you were able to do this for me the next day…

I would like to thank all the staff and particularly Toby for doing the firmware update on my Camera, it would appear that it has been cleaned as well, thank you . My camera is now working and sounding like it used to, I can now continue my holiday and cruise knowing that my camera won’t let me down.

I received a lens back from repair which the customer picked up today. He was extremely pleased with the service provided by you guys so I thought I would pass it on. He said the turn-around time was very efficient and that he was very pleased with the end result. He said he will never shop online like his friends do because they would never get the repair service that he just got from Harvey Norman and Digicam.

I would just like to pass on my sincere thanks to Digicam for the very professional and efficient way in which the repairs were recently completed to my camera under an extended warranty we took out on the camera at purchase 2 years ago.
