Hi Toby …I appreciate the no charge for other replacement parts more than I can express. As you know, you guys have had my main camera the a99ii that was fixed and I recieved early last week, it is on point and works like new I’m so happy with what you have done for me. I can’t express my gratitude for what yourself and everyone at digicam have done on my equipment.
I Can see why digicam are n#1 when it comes to repairs, diagnosing the problem and sending back a quality product that’s been perfectly repaired.
I have written a review quite long but I was being honest and it needed to tell the story of what I had been through already and the level of service from first call to receiving end product at the door from you guys. More then happy with the support and service digicam provides and continues to do so on my much love an used 70/400G!!
The customer service and response from the first phone call and emails to the pickup and delivery, was excellent, the best customer service I have ever received.

I picked up my camera two days ago and when I got home and opened the packaging to reveal what looked like a brand new camera.

I left it to late but when I ask could I get the job done this week and the camera back by Friday so I could take it overseas as I leave Brisbane late on Sunday I thought I had no chance but you guys did it. I just want to thankyou for the great service, quick turnaround time and great repair you completed on my Panasonic TZ40 camera. It is working as it was before it became filled with dust. A major camera company in Melbourne wanted to charge $200 just to look at it. Never again will i go to them. I will send any other camera problems i may have, straight to Digicam.

I received a lens back from repair which the customer picked up today. He was extremely pleased with the service provided by you guys so I thought I would pass it on. He said the turn-around time was very efficient and that he was very pleased with the end result.
